The advantages of an Air Compressor are often overlooked. Especially useful on building sites and garages. An Air Compressor offers the user many applications which may not come to mind when considering the tool initially.
For one there are many specific tools that can only be powered by Air. Air hammers, Air die grinders, Square drive air impact wrenches are just a few of the exclusive tools available.
Air Compressors are usually independently powered. Commonly powered by a diesel or petrol motor. An independent Air Compressor can be used without the need of an external power source. This can be especially useful on building sites, or work in remote areas.
Air Compressor tools are often more compact and lighter than standard power tools. As the tools are powered by the Air Compressor, it removes the need for a built in power source, freeing up a lot of space within the tool and allowing for a smaller design.
